An unexpected upgrade delight

The staff's friendly attitude and helpfulness made my stay so pleasant. I appreciated being upgraded to a larger room, and the rooftop pool was perfect for winding down after the day. Located conveniently near Union metro station, I was able to explore the city with ease.

While my room was spacious, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature which made it uncomfortable at times. the noise from the outside traffic could be quite distracting, especially at night.

The room 516 was clean, spacious, and had great bathroom amenities. Traffic noise throughout the night was disruptive, especially on the fifth floor.

Super convenient location, just a hop to the Metro and tasty spots around. Rooms are spacious and tidy—definitely a cozy vibe! Plus, loved the rooftop pool for some chill time after my explorations.

But oh dear, the traffic outside is like a never-ending car concert, and finding parking felt like searching for a needle in a haystack!

Unfortunately, the soundproofing in my room was subpar. I was disrupted by constant noise from the busy junction outside and could hear the elevator's movements throughout the night. The inconsistent air conditioning did not help make my stay comfortable as it often failed to maintain a steady temperature.

Had a great stay with friends! The location was a big plus, being close to a huge mall and loads of eateries. The rooftop pool was fantastic for relaxation after exploring the city. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our trip.

One downside was the small lift. It took a bit of time to close, which was frustrating at times with our luggage.
